It has a note that links to this… [link] If they are listed in me.com I'd suggest setting up a new (temporary) user account & add your me.com account to Mail. It will indicate if something is broken in your user account & mail settings. Sometimes it can be fussy about using the mac.com address so be sure you try both in the new user account Mail settings.
